Very worried for others as I instructed this company to sell my home in Sandhurst as they seemed okay with cheap fees, then their office suddenly closed. They told me this was because the lease for the shop had run out which is plausable and my house would be dealt with by their Crowthorne branch. Within weeks this shop had also closed!!! And Bracknell would be selling my house. I switched to Romans who have now sold my house in Sandhurst who I should have gone to straight away.

As a new landlord to their lettings department, I have found Richard Worth to be polite and efficient and able to organise management issues quickly, without too much involvement from myself.

Very poor and very little communication once sale agreed. Demands for progress in the sale rather than following a process. No interest in where we where with the sale or our situation just wanted to complete as quickly as possible for them. Purely selfish.
No defined process or consultation as to what would happen after the offer was accepted.
