I have rented 3 properties through these guys over the last 5 years and the are awsome. They are proffessional, friendly and flexible. I guess I never had any bad dealings with them because I treated them with respect and they treated me with respect in return. I think they do a great job and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone - well done girls keep up the good work!!!

OMG, this estate agent doesn't even deserve 1 star. Not only was the property NOT secure when we moved in (we couldn't lock back door, and the front door could be pushed open) they did nothing about it for nearly a week. They had been constantly rude, calling us names, for example, when we we're planning to leave and rent elsewhere, they called us 'council estate, housing benefit tenants'. This was completely un called for, and they are not proffessional in any way! They don't know what they're doing, and obviously dont know how to communicate without being rude/nasty.
We waited 4 months for the return of our deposit, and only got it back because we claimed through the DPS. They are now saying they're taking us to court for the 60.00 check out fee, but we are not paying as they made me (38 weeks pregnant at the time) stand outside and wait for 2 hours and didn't show, so why should we pay??!
I hope everyone takes note of the comments and AVOIDS THEM! They are the worst, most rude and unproffessional company I have ever come accross!!!!!!

This small, not well known company is more than happy to offer good customer relations on the phone but as soon as you pay them any money this soon changes to a dreadful attitude of not caring or respecting you, we've been treated like dirt and it seemed like their rude manager Becky has no professionalism or any sense of customer service skills acting the same as her staff which were also rude and unhelpful, we were shocked to be treated like this and will never ever do business with a company who's based in a dodgy, dirty little office which has no look of professionalism that also applies to its website. We pulled out in the last moment with the feeling of how many others did they treat like this-taking their money and then showing the real face. Have a feeling that's how they make their money!

Forrest Property Services offer an extremely poor level of service. I used to be a tenant with them and had problems regarding the maintainance of the property (none was done). There were also problems with bills, they also sent out letters which they claimed to be bills. I have had problems getting back my deposit because of their bias in favour the landlord, who coincidentally(!) is the owner of Forrest Property Services.
To save having any problems, stay well clear of this company!!!

I agree with Saumagne, it would appear I was also a tenant at the same address as the problems discussed seem all too familar. I would avoid them like the plague. They are the most unscrupulous letting agency I know of.
I moved out 4 months ago and am still fighting to get my deposit back (through small claims). One of the employees, Becky, likes to threaten you and harasses tenants. Just a visit to their office in Bracknell will show you just how unprofessional they are!

Even one star is far too generous for these thugs.
Despite advertising that Forrest Property Services rent out luxury apartments at reasonable prices, and while on the surface the flats do look decent, it doesn't take long to figure out you've been had. Mushrooms, rising damp, broken and loose tiles, leaking, or should I say gushing ceilings, for which they were never in a hurry or, dare I say, interested in remedying.
The front entrance is hazardous because of the broken patio tiles and rubbish all over the place, the communal garden is more like a communal forest and local tip. Their maintenance workers, when they do show up, do very little maintaining, and once they're done, couldn't be bothered to clean up. They leave their garbage and tools right where they left them. Never to be moved.
Then, the issue with the bills. While we're obviously responsible to pay them, Forrest insists on writing us letters to be viewed as bills, therefore, none of the bills are in our name (no mention of this in the lease). Our "bills" provide no details about consumption or cost. We waited 16 months before getting our first gas and electricity "letters". We had to fight to get details about the billing. We also waited eleven months for a water bill, we had questions about it as there were several inconsistencies, particularly with dates, but they ignored us. We wrote to them twice, we called and spoke to them face to face. They then informed us that the water company would disconnect the whole building, which is illegal, and Forrest would tell all the tenants in the building that it was our fault. By law, we are entitled to proper bills, but that fact alludes them.
Don't even get me started on the Deposit Protection Scheme.
RED ALERT: AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.
