Experience: Would you use Davis Tate again? NO
The valuer was excellent, but it was all down hill from there onwards. About 50% of viewers were 'no shows' and it transpired that the agents weren't confirming viewing bookings. Once we sold the house (for well below the valuation) Davis Tate totally lost interest. They didn't chase our (very very slow) buyers for progress and when chased by us they lied about what was happening. Apalling shysters, avoid at all costs.

The Burghfield Common branch of Davis Tate ignore email enquiries sent to them. Not very professional!
